Why Work for Proficio?

Proficio is not a rep firm. We are a consulting and venture capital firm that invests in companies and helps them succeed in the Asia Pacific market. We only work with a small number of companies at a time and these companies are all first tier early stage companies with great customers. For example, FaceTime is used by 9 of the 10 largest US banks and many customers in Taiwan. All these companies are "little Ciscos" in the making.

Selling 3 products is more efficient then selling one. In nearly every sales call there is interest in one or two of our solutions.

If you like working for startups (no bureaucracy, etc) it is better not to put your eggs in one basket. You chances of hitting a great company is better with three. Many of our country managers are hired just before our clients IPO and the Country Manager profits accordingly.

We give stock options in our clients companies and the diversification benefit applies here too.
