Tim is internationally recognized as a security expert and speaker and is also the co-author of 5 patents in the field of cybersecurity including the prediction of cyberattacks using a distributed cloud architecture. Tim is President, Chairman and Co-Founder of Proficio, an award-winning managed security services provider (MSSP). Tim’s strategic focus has been on establishing Proficio as a leading global services provider and today the company is a recognized leader in the United States, Europe and Asia/Pacific. Under Tim’s financial leadership the company has achieved record breaking revenue growth that has led to multiple rounds of funding by leading venture capitalist groups. Prior to Proficio, Tim has held multiple executive positions, including CEO of Imperito Networks, the first cloud-based VPN software company, and leadership positions at Phoenix Technologies (Nasdaq PTEC) and Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). Tim is also the Founder and CEO of CyberSight a leading EDR platform
Brad has 20+ years of experience in the enterprise software, security, and networking industry as a senior executive in sales, marketing, business development, acquisitions, operations, and venture capital. He has built and managed multiple sales teams as a VP of Sales and assisted in two highly successful IPOs with RSA Security (RSAS, now EMC) and ArcSight (ARST). In addition, he has helped several companies get up and running to successful sales and market positions as a VP of Worldwide Sales / Marketing / Business Development for companies including eIQnetworks, SOA Software, and AirTight Networks.
Alex has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. His career spans across multiple positions from Engineering, Research and Development to Business Development in various companies including AT&T Singapore, Adaptec Asia, and Intel Technology Asia. Alex co-founded Telogic Pte Ltd, a successful Telecommunications IT company providing Telecom IT solutions to regional service providers such as M1 Singapore, AIS Thailand, Telkomsel Indonesia and Mobitel Cambodia. At Telogic, he was instrumental in building and managing the Software Development, System Engineering, Technical Presales and the Operations Support Team. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK where he graduated with First Class Honors.
Tim has more than 20 years sales and marketing experience, the majority running EMEA Sales and Operations for technology and communications companies. Prior to joining Proficio, he held various senior management roles for Archive Corporation, Imperito Networks, Shiva Corporation, Phoenix Technologies and Ramp Networks, and also ran his own successful image digitization business in the UK. He has an established track record of delivering sustained growth, strategically expanding market share and identifying critical partnership opportunities.
John has 20+ years of experience defining and executing breakthrough marketing strategies for IT information solution providers. He has held multiple senior positions including VP of Marketing and Business Development at BRECIS Communications (acquired by PMC), and VP of Product Marketing at Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). He also held management positions with Madge Networks, Ungermann-Bass, Ingres, and Hewlett Packard. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a focus on marketing.
Dickon has 21 years of wide-ranging experience in the Healthcare Information Technology industry and prior to joining Profico, completed a five-year stint as the Corporate CIO of Bumrungrad International, a hospital group located in South East Asia with its flagship 580 bed hospital in Bangkok. Dickon has also co-founded a boutique technology consulting group and an ERP/EMR software/consulting company which was subsequently sold to Microsoft. Dickon held several positions in Microsoft where he specialised in architecting Healthcare Information Systems and their interactions with data systems and medical devices . He holds a BSc in Computation from the University of Manchester, UK and is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer awarded by CHIME. He is a firm advocate of and occasional event speaker for HIMSS APAC.
Jeremy is an IT Management professional with over 20 years of experience designing and supporting IT systems for large companies. He previously was the Director, IT Infrastructure and Security for American Blue Ribbon Holdings, where he developed and managed the IT Security program and successfully led a $1M data center and network refresh project, and a Senior Solutions Architect for the managed service provider Synoptic. Jeremy studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds numerous certifications, including a CISSP (ISC2).
Paul has over 28 years of leadership experience in the maritime industry and across a variety of technology sectors, including security services, SaaS, and hardware, where he leads teams that focus on the critically important value of client success. Prior to joining Proficio, he managed Atos’s North American Digital Transformation business, including managed security services and customer advocacy, most notably for the International Olympic Committee. During his tenure, he led the business to outperform revenue targets and to significantly increase Atos’s customer satisfaction rating. Paul also served as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy, serving aboard warships in the Atlantic Fleet, and as an Associate Professor at the U.S. Naval Academy. Paul is a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy on Cape Cod and holds a master’s degree in National Security from the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, RI.
Jamal is a high tech veteran with more than 20 years of experience working for Silicon Valley companies. He has held senior executive positions including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Logistics at Riverstone Networks/Cabletron and Vice President of Operations of iPolicy Networks, Inc. Jamal’s experience and education enable him to contribute to Proficio in a variety of roles including operations, finance, services, support, logistics and quality.
