Brad Taylor 
Brad is the co-founder and CEO of Proficio. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a startup to an industry leader in the MDR services market. In addition to his role as CEO, Brad has led Proficio’s Sales, Product Development, and SOC teams. Prior to Proficio, he held leadership positions in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and venture capital companies. He has built and managed multiple sales teams as a VP of Sales and assisted in two highly successful IPOs with RSA Security (RSAS, now EMC) and ArcSight (now HPE/Micro Focus). In addition, he has helped launch and grow several companies including eIQnetworks, SOA Software, and AirTight Networks. Brad is recognized as an industry authority on cybersecurity and has spoken at multiple industry events. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Alex Tok Chee Keong 
Alex heads up Proficio’s sales and service delivery operations in APAC. Under his leadership, Proficio Singapore is regarded as one of top cybersecurity teams in the region.
Prior to joining Proficio, Alex’s held senior positions in AT&T Singapore, Adaptec Asia, and Intel Technology Asia. Alex co-founded Telogic Pte Ltd, a successful Telecommunications IT company providing Telecom IT solutions to regional service providers such as M1 Singapore, AIS Thailand, Telkomsel Indonesia, and Mobitel Cambodia. At Telogic, he was instrumental in building and managing the Software Development, System Engineering, Technical Presales and Operations Support teams. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK where he graduated with First Class Honors.

Barron Nydam 
Barron is the CFO for Proficio where he oversees the organization’s global finance and accounting function. Prior to joining Proficio in 2018 as Controller, Barron was the Director of Accounting at Host Healthcare, an INC 500 travel nurse staffing company. Prior to Host, Barron was a financial statement auditor with EY where he served public and private companies in the Healthcare and Biotech sectors. Barron graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, he was a 4x NCAA All-American fencer and NCAA team national champion.

Jessica Doyle 
Jessica is the Vice President of Global SOC Operations, where she is responsible for managing the Proficio’s global security operations teams, focusing on analysis & investigations, incident response, threat intelligence, and operational excellence. Prior to Proficio, was a key member in creating multiple lines of business at Optiv. Most notably, she was the Director of Optiv‘s Advanced Fusion Center and MSS Threat Assessment teams, and was a key stakeholder and contributor in the launching of Optiv’s MDR Platform. She is excited to be working at Proficio where she will help enhance Proficio’s threat response services.

Chris Kane 
Chris is head of sales for Proficio’s US and EMEA regions, where he’s responsible for overall revenue and sales team growth. Prior to joining Proficio, he’s held a variety of sales management roles at industry leaders such as UUNET, MCI and Verizon. Most recently, he was the VP of Cybersecurity Sales at SageNet. Chris has a proven track record of building and growing highly effective sales teams throughout his 25-year career. He received a BS in Economics and Political Science from James Madison University.

Jordan Knopp 
Jordan is the Vice President of Product Development, where he leads the organization in product strategy, technical vision, and execution. He is a patent inventor with a proven ability to design and build solutions with a client-centric focus. Jordan has nearly a decade of experience in cybersecurity and has leadership experience in building and managing teams in a variety of disciplines, including Software Development, Data Science, and Product Engineering. Jordan has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California Irvine, and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from Claremont Graduate University.

James Crabb 
James is the Vice President Global Engineering and Managed Services, overseeing Proficio’s Security Engineering, Managed Infrastructure, Managed SIEM Infrastructure (Splunk), and Managed Sentinel teams. He has nearly two decades of experience in IT and cybersecurity, starting his career in 2003 when he joined the US Army as a Troposcatter Telecommunications Specialist. He spent 13 years in the Army, holding several different jobs and achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. Prior to joining Proficio, James was at Cisco, where he held various roles and helped build and implement their first MDR Service. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Morrison University.

Jennifer Ferguson 
Jennifer is the Vice President of Marketing for Proficio, where she is responsible for overall marketing strategy and growth. Prior to joining Proficio, she was the Head of Global Partner Programs and Partner Marketing for BlueVoyant, where she played a fundamental role in their growth and expansion, and worldwide channel successes. Jennifer has nearly 15 years of marketing experience in the cybersecurity space, holding various roles at companies such as SafeNet and Gemalto (now Thales), PKWARE, and Commtouch (now CYREN), and is a six-time recipient of CRN’s Women of the Channel award. She received a BS in Communications from Towson University.

Glenn Williamson 
Glenn is the Vice President of Channel Sales, responsible for leading Proficio’s growth in the partner space. He has over 25 years experience in the industry and joins Proficio after holding key roles in companies including Perch Security, Fishtech and Rapid7. He has a wealth of cybersecurity experience that will help bring Proficio’s. Glenn will be leading the charge to design and ramp up Proficio’s MSP business model, while driving continued growth in the channel partner space.

Huong Vo
As the General Counsel of Proficio, Huong oversees legal operations across the company’s global entities. She is responsible for handling internal commercial transactions, corporate governance, and risk management. Prior to joining Proficio in 2019, she had a diverse background handling contract negotiations for application management services (AMS) and cloud solutions. Huong received her Bachelor’s from the University of MA - Amherst and Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law. She is registered in the Massachusetts and California Bar.

Bryan Borra 
Bryan is head of Global Threat Detection, responsible for leading Proficio’s Threat Detection Engineers and Security Advisors. Prior to Proficio, he worked as a consultant for McAfee Professional Services and was an integral part of the cybersecurity team for SAIC/Leidos, where he developed numerous pivotal SOC programs. Bryan specializes in SIEM content engineering, network intrusion analysis, operational use case development, and threat intelligence. He holds a BS from San Diego State University and a Masters in Engineering Management, with a focus in Information Assurance/Information Security, from George Washington University.

John Humphreys
John has 30 years of experience defining and executing breakthrough marketing strategies for IT information solution providers. He is a co-founder of Proficio and helped build and manage various teams in the organization, including marketing, finance, HR, legal, and operations. Prior to Proficio, John started and grew a business to help Silicon Valley startups enter new global markets. He has held multiple senior positions including VP of Marketing and Business Development at BRECIS Communications (acquired by PMC-Sierra), Acting VP of Marketing at Tail-f (acquired by Cisco), and VP of Product Marketing at Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). He also held management positions with Madge Networks, Ungermann-Bass, Ingres, and Hewlett Packard. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Victoria University in New Zealand.

Nate Locke
Nathan Locke is a Managing Partner, Co-Head of Growth Capital, and Co-Portfolio Manager for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisor’s growth private equity activities. He played a leading role in building a highly experienced and diverse team of professionals, with over 50% being females or minorities, and has invested in nearly 50 companies. He is also responsible for identifying investment themes, developing actionable new investment opportunities, deal execution and creating value within existing portfolio companies. Mr. Locke has advised on multiple boards and sold a number of companies to financial sponsors and larger strategic buyers. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, he worked as a senior analyst on the finance team of Romney for President Inc. and as the controller for The Commonwealth Political Action Committees. Mr. Locke graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
