
Brad Taylor 
Brad has 20+ years of experience in the enterprise software, security, and networking industry as a senior executive in sales, marketing, business development, acquisitions, operations, and venture capital. He has built and managed multiple sales teams as a VP of Sales and assisted in two highly successful IPOs with RSA Security (RSAS, now EMC) and ArcSight (ARST). In addition, he has helped several companies get up and running to successful sales and market positions as a VP of Worldwide Sales / Marketing / Business Development for companies including eIQnetworks, SOA Software, and AirTight Networks.

Alex Tok Chee Keong 
Alex has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. His career spans across multiple positions from Engineering, Research and Development to Business Development in various companies including AT&T Singapore, Adaptec Asia, and Intel Technology Asia. Alex co-founded Telogic Pte Ltd, a successful Telecommunications IT company providing Telecom IT solutions to regional service providers such as M1 Singapore, AIS Thailand, Telkomsel Indonesia and Mobitel Cambodia. At Telogic, he was instrumental in building and managing the Software Development, System Engineering, Technical Presales and the Operations Support Team. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK where he graduated with First Class Honors.

Tim Capps 
Tim has more than 20 years sales and marketing experience, the majority running EMEA Sales and Operations for technology and communications companies. Prior to joining Proficio, he held various senior management roles for Archive Corporation, Imperito Networks, Shiva Corporation, Phoenix Technologies and Ramp Networks, and also ran his own successful image digitization business in the UK. He has an established track record of delivering sustained growth, strategically expanding market share and identifying critical partnership opportunities.

John Humphreys 
John has 20+ years of experience defining and executing breakthrough marketing strategies for IT information solution providers. He has held multiple senior positions including VP of Marketing and Business Development at BRECIS Communications (acquired by PMC), and VP of Product Marketing at Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). He also held management positions with Madge Networks, Ungermann-Bass, Ingres, and Hewlett Packard. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a focus on marketing.

Barron Nydam 
Barron Nydam is the VP of Finance for Proficio where he oversees the organization’s global finance and accounting function. Prior to joining Proficio in 2018 as their Controller, Barron was the Director of Accounting at Host Healthcare, an INC 500 travel nurse staffing company. Prior to Host, Barron was a financial statement auditor with EY where he served public and private companies in the Healthcare and Biotech sectors. Barron graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, he was a 4x NCAA All-American fencer and NCAA team national champion.

Zane West 
Zane has worked in the IT industry for 25 years, primarily in cybersecurity. His experience with various Managed Services Providers has given him a unique perspective on standardized operations and what defines a complete solution. Over the last decade, Zane has delivered services for clients of all sizes, led product development and presales teams, managed SOC Operations, and helped to implement a globally adopted ITIL framework. At Proficio, he directs product development and leads the R&D initiatives for platform, infrastructure, services, and software development. He has a proven track record in creating and implementing client-centric services that drive profitable growth in a Managed Security Services business.

Jamal Rabbani 
Jamal is a high tech veteran with more than 20 years of experience working for Silicon Valley companies. He has held senior executive positions including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Logistics at Riverstone Networks/Cabletron and Vice President of Operations of iPolicy Networks, Inc. Jamal’s experience and education enable him to contribute to Proficio in a variety of roles including operations, finance, services, support, logistics and quality.

Carl Adasa 
Carl has over a decade of experience within the Cyber Security and Information Technology industries. Prior to joining Proficio, he has led two separate global Security Operations Center teams responsible for monitoring advanced threats, cloud security, threat intelligence, SecDevOps, phishing and digital forensics. He is experienced in leading global incident response efforts in security breaches and large-scale cyber attacks spanning across the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA. In addition, Carl has contributed in maturity initiatives in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), SIEM content development and litigation-based eDiscovery.

Carlos Valderrama 
Carlos is a Cybersecurity expert passionate about defending organizations from cyberattacks and combating the bad guys using his skillset and experience. Currently, he is the SOC Director in EMEA and IoT Security Expert at ENISA (European Union Agency for Network and Information Security), with 18 years of experience in Computer Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis and Threat Intelligence in both IT and OT networks.

Ardan Toh Wei Jian 
Ardan has been with Proficio since 2015, working his way up from a Security Analyst to a SOC Director for Proficio‘s Threat Intelligence Team and APAC Operations. Prior to joining Proficio, he led a team of Security Analysts responsible for network security systems monitoring and intrusion analysis. During his time at Proficio, Ardan has played key roles in performing in-depth deep-dive threat analysis and investigations for Proficio’s ProSOC services, with a particular focus on metadata and contextual analysis to identify threats and anomalies in client environments. He frequently is the go-to person for unusual and critical investigations. In addition, Ardan has contributed significantly to the formation, training and continued development of Proficio’s SOC Team in APAC and leads the Threat Intelligence initiatives within Proficio.

Lim Yuh Shyang 
Yuh Shyang has been with Proficio since 2015, and has worked his way up from a Security Analyst to Director for Proficio’s Engineering Team globally. Prior to joining Proficio, he led a team of Security Analysts responsible for network security systems monitoring and intrusion analysis. With his diverse interest of how MSSPs function as a whole, he went on to learn Managed Security Devices and became an engineer responsible for maintaining critical security systems. Through his first years at Proficio, Yuh Shyang played key roles in performing in-depth deep-dive investigations for Proficio’s ProSOC services and also doing Managed Security Services concurrently. He has often been the go-to person for picking up tasks that the company needed in Singapore. He will utilize his breadth of experience across multiple disciplines to rise to the challenge of leading Proficio’s global engineering team.
